Our Commitment

At Zluxia, we believe luxury should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our jewelry and services are available to all.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Zluxia is currently working toward WCAG 2.1 level AA conformance.

Accessibility Features

To ensure a seamless experience, we focus on the following features:

Navigation: Consistent and predictable navigation throughout the site.
Contrast: High-contrast color ratios to ensure text is legible against backgrounds.
Text Alternatives: Providing Alt-text for all product imagery so screen readers can describe our collections accurately.
Keyboard Support: Ensuring all interactive elements, like buttons and menus, can be accessed without a mouse.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the Zluxia website, there may be some limitations. For example, some older blog posts or third-party apps (like specific Shopify plugins) may not yet be fully optimized. we are actively working on resolving these instances.
